1 SMS = 1 Credit*

Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Here's what makes it flexible: every time you top up — whether by credit unit or cash reload — your entire credit balance validity is extended for another 3 months from the top-up date. For example, buy 100 credits on 1 April (expiry 30 June), then top up 50 credits on 1 May — all 150 credits are now valid until 1 August. Top up regularly and your credits never expire.

New accounts enjoy a 20% discount on the Trial plan for their very first top-up. Instead of the standard MYR 10, you pay only MYR 8 — saving RM2 on your first 50 credits. This promo applies automatically at checkout for new sign-ups and is valid for one purchase per account. After the Trial, all subsequent top-ups follow the standard package pricing.

No. There is absolutely no setup fee. Account creation, onboarding, and platform access are fully included when you purchase credits. You only pay for the credits themselves.

You can choose to purchase credits by unit (a fixed number of SMS credits) or do a cash reload in MYR (top up by monetary value). Both options work the same way in the portal — credits are consumed at the per-country SMS rate when you send.

For Malaysia, the send rate is strictly 1 SMS = 1 Credit. For international destinations, SMS delivery costs vary by country based on local carrier termination fees and regulations. International destinations will consume more than 1 credit per SMS. Contact us for the exact international rate card.
