πŸ’³ Credits & Billing

SMS credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Every time you top up β€” whether by credit unit or cash reload β€” your entire balance validity is extended for another 12 months from the top-up date. So as long as you top up at least once a year, your credits are always active.
We offer four standard credit packages: Trial (50 credits, MYR 10), Starter (550 total credits, MYR 100), Business (2,300 total credits, MYR 400), and Growth (6,000 total credits + API access, MYR 1,000). All credits are valid for 12 months and automatically extended on every top-up. Need a different quantity? Contact us for a Custom Package. Prefer to top up by monetary value? Ask about our Cash Value Reload option.
Credits are currently purchased through our sales team β€” there is no self-serve online payment at this time. Contact us via the website form or email it@mobile360.cc and we'll set up your account and credit balance within 1 business day. Online purchase is planned for a future release.
No. SMS-LAH runs entirely on a pay-as-you-go credit model. There are no monthly fees, no minimum commitments, and no hidden charges. You only pay for the credits you buy.
Yes. You can set a low-credit threshold in your account settings. When your balance drops below that level, you'll receive an email and dashboard notification so you can top up before a campaign runs out mid-send.
No. There is zero setup fee. Account creation, onboarding, and full platform access are all included when you purchase credits. You only pay for the credits themselves β€” nothing more.

πŸ“¨ Delivery

Our platform maintains a 98.6% average delivery rate across all supported countries. We achieve this through intelligent carrier routing, automatic failover, and real-time monitoring of delivery receipts.
Most messages are delivered within 3–10 seconds. For large bulk campaigns (100,000+), delivery is queued intelligently to maximise throughput while staying within carrier rate limits.
For Malaysia, the send rate is strictly 1 SMS = 1 Credit. For international destinations, SMS delivery costs vary by country based on local carrier termination fees and regulations. International destinations will consume more than 1 credit per SMS. Contact us for the exact international rate card.
Yes. You can include contacts from multiple countries in a single campaign. Credits are automatically calculated per recipient based on their destination country, and you'll see the total credit cost before confirming.
Yes. You can set a custom Sender ID (e.g. SHOPBOLD or DRLEECLINIC) so recipients see your brand name instead of a phone number. Sender ID availability varies by country due to local regulations.
Failed messages are flagged in your campaign report with the failure reason. Credits for permanently failed messages (e.g. unreachable number) are refunded to your account within 24 hours.

πŸ‘₯ Contacts & Lists

You can upload contacts via Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV (.csv) files. Our system automatically detects column headers and maps them to the correct fields. You can also add contacts manually one by one.
There is no hard cap on the number of contacts you can store. You can import and manage millions of contacts across unlimited contact groups. Enterprise accounts receive priority processing for very large lists.
When uploading a contact list, SMS-LAH automatically detects and removes duplicate phone numbers so each recipient only receives one SMS per campaign. You'll be shown how many duplicates were found before confirming the import.
Yes. Any column you include in your upload file becomes available as a placeholder in your message templates. For example, a column named "loyalty_tier" becomes the {{loyalty_tier}} placeholder in your SMS.

✏️ Templates & Personalisation

You can use any column from your contact list as a placeholder. Common ones include {{name}}, {{order_id}}, {{amount}}, {{date}}, {{link}}, and {{tracking_code}}. Any custom field in your upload becomes available automatically.
You can set a default fallback value for each placeholder (e.g. "Customer" if {{name}} is blank). Our system will warn you before sending if any contacts have missing placeholder values.
Yes. Save any message as a named template in your library. Templates can be searched by name or category, duplicated, edited, and reused across multiple campaigns with one click.
Yes. We fully support Unicode characters. Note that Unicode messages have a shorter character limit per SMS (70 characters vs 160 for ASCII). Our message editor shows the character count and SMS parts in real time.

Yes. The SMS-LAH REST API is live and ready to use. You can integrate it into your own system to send transactional SMS such as OTPs, appointment reminders, order notifications, and any other automated messages. API access is available β€” contact us to get your API key and documentation.
Your API key is available in your Account Settings under the API section. You can generate, revoke, and rotate API keys at any time.
Yes. You can configure a webhook URL in your account settings. SMS-LAH will POST a delivery receipt to your URL for each message, including the status (delivered, failed, pending) and timestamp.

Sign up for free to access the platform. To get credits loaded, contact our sales team β€” there are no self-serve purchases at this time. Our team will have your account credited within 1 business day. Credits are valid for 12 months and extended on every top-up.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We are PDPA-compliant and never sell or share your contact data with third parties. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
Yes. Enterprise and Business accounts can invite team members with role-based access control. Set different permissions (admin, campaign manager, read-only) for each member.
